As you have completed your class 12th with commerce stream you should prefer further commerce courses. But if you want to fulfill your dreams then you should go for it
I think the answer would differ from people to people. But most importantly you should decide what interests you more. B.Com is like an academic degree after which you have various career options I. e for Masters. B.Com would ACT like a base in your commerce field. And yes you will have to study

Hi, Bachelor of Computer Applications BCA is 3 Year Under Graduate Course offered by Many Colleges in India and is best suited for students who want to go in IT Field. So Yes, after your 12th commerce, you can go for BCA. Eligibility for BCA in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (it may vary if on university)
Some of the career prospects are BCA are : Programmer, Database Administrator, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, Work as an entrepreneur, Web Designer, Career in Multimedia Applications, Graphic Designer

Taking an educational loan from public banks like SBI PNB, etc. , have list of requirements, which includes minimum percentage of 60% in 12th (if you have more, your chances increases), an offer letter from college/university, then how much is your loan requirement if it is above 7.5 LPA, then you need collateral. You need a guardian/Parent who is filling ITR (it is a crucial criteria for loan approval), and last (I guess) sufficient funds. I hope this is all, but you can check with any Public bank employee which deals with education loan.

When you are asking about outdoor work in the field of commerce you are interested in on site job but the problem is that in this field jobs are mainly based on desk job. But I suggest you some jobs which are in the same field but they are on site job
1- Internal auditor:- this is the mix of the desk job and on site job because in this job profile you have to do audit in your firm by examining everything with your eyes and report in your audit book.
2-Sales man: - this is also a onsite job in this job profile your mean objective is to sell your product by door to door or depending on the terms of the companies or your firms
