No, you can't join the last two exams for the commerce in Correspondence. You just can't mix two types of degree as per your convenience. Just think and go for the one type only and good luck.

Fee Structure for Bachelors of commerce varies from University to university & college to college. Sometimes city to city also. If you are doing it from government college it will cost around 5-15k for one year. In private colleges it can cost upto 3-4 lacks depending upon college & city. In Delhi University for the most of colleges it cost around 15k.

Yes, you have to give CUCET exam after clearing your 12th board to get into any St.Xavier's college. Infect cucet is now mandatory for many universities across India.
