Hi Suma,
The fee structure at ASC Degree College for M.Com is around INR 4000 annually and for the full course duration the fees would be around INR 12000 for 3 years and it gas quite affordable and reasonable fee structure so just go for it.

In apply Ph.D. in commerce you clear the cut off of exam NET/DET when you clear the cut off you may apply Ph.D. in commerce and college msg the students those students clear the cut off don't worry.
