Yes, it is worth pursuing BBA at LPU. There is no problem if you are a commerce student, you should have only 50% marks in the 12th class in any stream to get admission to the BBA programme at LPU. You must have studied English in the 12th class or you have to show the medium of instruction of your 12th class an English.

Dear Anush, To the best of my knowledge, the post-graduation should be in the same subject for the Ph.D. programme. Therefore, you can pursue Ph.D. in Management after an MBA programme but not in commerce. Only M.Com students can pursue Ph.D. in Commerce. My friend is also doing Ph.D. in Management at LPU after his MBA programme. It is not difficult to get admission to Ph.D. if you are good at research work. To increase your chances to get admission to Ph.D. you should have a good academic record and the area of research you want to work in. There are many universities that offer the Ph.D. programme, LPU is one of the best universities to do a Ph.D. to enhance your knowledge in the research area. Let me share something about the Ph.D. programme at LPU. Eligibility: You should have a minimum of 55% marks in your master's degree in a relevant subject. After that, you have to qualify for the LPU NEST exam if you have not qualified for a national level test such as GATE UGC NET CSIR, GPAT etc. The entrance will have 70% weightage in selection. After that, you have to appear for an interview and qualify for the same and have 30% weightage for the final selection. You may avail of scholarships also on the basis of LPU NEST or National Level Test. There is a special scholarship for female students to pursue a full-time or part-time Ph.D. at LPU. The highlight of the programme is the Flexi-Course Work option specially designed to accommodate professionals wherein a student can choose the best-suited option to complete the course work. Hi, I would say Choose the path which you feel right for you, where your interest lies. There are ample of options after B.Com a student can go for, Howevee you only can find what's excites you. You can go for CA CS CMA, FRM, CFA M.Com PG diplomas, Short term job oriented courses, Government/ Banking Exams or MBA for that mattes. There are even more opportunities abroad. Or what you can do is get a good job where you can get experience and quality learning. After getting 1-2 years of experience you can go for MBA. It's up to you. Because MBA can be rewarding if it is done from tier 1 colleges & it will cost 10-20Lakhs. If you are not financially strong then you can consider doing other courses. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, first of all decide the programme that you want to join and check its Eligibility criteria for Admission. LPU conducts LPU NEST for all the programmes. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programmes test is applicable only for scholarship. For most of the programmes, it serves both the purposes. As per the official website of LPU, the Schedule for LPU NEST has been started for all the programmes for this current session I. e 2021. As far as Scholarship is concerned, the amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in LPU NEST. Scholarship for a specific Programme depends on Performance in LPU NEST. There are three brackets:
LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category I cut-off
LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category II cut-off
LPUNEST score more than or equal to Category III cut-off
This cut off depends on various parameters like number of students appeared, the highest marks in the exam and many more. Also, there is no negative marking in this exam so chances of scoring well are more in this. In order to apply for the Exam, you can refer the following steps :

3. Choose the programme
4. Apply for LPUNEST
5. Make the payment for LPU NEST and Book the slot for the Exam I. e date and time for the exam as per your availability.
