For gaming you don't need Maths and commerce. Commerce with IT or similar vocational subject would be a good choice. Making passion as livelihood is good but you can make it secondary priority.

Yes, the eligibility criteria for hotel management programmes is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. Therefore having commerce stream would not affect. Yes, you need to complete your graduation first to appear for CAT exam. It's good that you have planned in advance. Just start preparing for CAT from your second year at B.Com. Definitely, you can apply, but having maths would have been better, you can apply in some private colleges and some government colleges which actually accept such qualifications, but not in all.
