The College of Commerce, Arts & Science (COCAS) in Patna, Bihar, India, established in 1949 is a constituent unit and post graduate center of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.  The University Grants Commission (UGC) recognizes COCAS under section 2 (f) and 12 (B) of the 1956 Act.  COCAS was established in 1949 and is one of the oldest colleges in Patna.  It is now a constituent unit of Patliputra University. COCAS has been re-accredited by NAAC with an "A" grade and a 3.10/4 CGPA. The college has also received awards and recognition for its innovation and excellence.

The College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University (COCAS) has decent placements.  About 60-70% of students get placed in their courses. The lowest salary offered was Rs 50,000 per month, and the highest salary package offered was 2 LPA.  Some of the top recruiting companies include TCS, Yamaha, Tata Motors, Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra. Reviews also say that many companies visit the university and offer better jobs to the best students. Students can also get off-campus internships and placements if they work hard.
