Given your work experience in Fashion Retail and Merchandising, studying a course on Fashion Design or Fashion Management will enhance your career further. Micro Art can be done on the side by enrolling in some local classes. You can also consider studying abroad in countries like Italy, France or UK, where you will be exposed to world class facilities and like minded individuals in the fashion industry.

Stability totally depends on how much efforts you put in your job and how much keen are you in continuing with this job. There is a great scope as many big studios and companies like Walt Disney, Sony Pictures & Turner Entertainment which make animated films, TV ads & computer games, are off-shoring animation content to India. Many Indian animation studios & production houses are packed with work be it outsourced from abroad or in-house projects for the market in India. Hence, the Indian animation industry is certainly facing a talent crunch.

Hi, I am giving you some links for your reference. It would be best to learn graphic and VFX designing from a good institute. You can do it from Arena/ MAAC, they give you degree from IGNOU or you can join any other institute as well as they are quite expensive.
