The details of the NID that 2023 exam centre, including the name, address, and reporting time will be notified to the candidate through the NID that 2023 admit card. The that Mains admit card for the B. Des programme is available from on April 14, 2023. The candidate after downloading the admit card needs to carefully go through the information mentioned in it, including the allotted exam center, exam timings, reporting time, etc. Note that candidates who arrive at the exam center after the reporting time mentioned in the admit card may face undue difficulties. The NID DAT Mains 2023 exam for the B. Des programme was conducted in the following cities - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Gandhinagar, Kolkata & Kurukshetra. The candidate was given the option to select the exam city between April 3 (4 pm) to April 5 (4 pm). The details of the exam centre, including name and address and reporting time were mentioned on the NID DAT 2023 admit card. The NID DAT 2023 (Prelims) exam was conducted in 22 cities across India. The candidate had to select their choice of exam centre at the time of filling out the NID DAT 2023 application form.

The Mains exam for the B. Des programme will be conducted offline in the following cities - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Gandhinagar, Kolkata & Kurukshetra. The candidate was given the option to select test cities between April 3-5, 2023. The allotment of exam city was done on a first-come, first-served basis. The details of the NID that 2023 exam centre allocated to the candidate will be mentioned in the of the NID that 2023 (Mains) admit card. Earlier, the National Institute of Design released the list of NID that 2023 exam centres for that Prelims through the Admission Handbook for the B. Des and M.Des programs.

The NID that exam is conducted in two stages - that Prelims and that Mains. Candidates who qualify that Prelims has to next appear in that Mains. The shortlisting for that Mains is done on the basis of scores obtained by candidates in the that Prelims exam. The that Prelims scorecard, along with section-wise scores, also contains the qualifying status of the candidate. Candidates who status says "qualified" can appear in that Mains.

The National Institute of Design conducted the DAT Mains exam separately for the B. Des and M.Des programs. The DAT Mains exam for the B. Des program was conducted on April 30, 2023. Meanwhile, DAT Mains for the M.Des program was held from March 20 onward. The DAT Mains exam for the B. Des program comprises a Studio Test that was conducted in a center-based mode. Meanwhile, the DAT Mains for the M.Des program comprises a Studio Test and Interview.

The NID DAT 2025 admit card will carry the following like the application number, Candidate's name, Roll number, Date of birth, Name of the course applied for admission, Reporting time for exam, Date of exam, Exam duration, GATE closing time, Test center code, NID DAT test centre address, Photograph, and Signature. Additionally, it will also contain the Dos and Donts for candidates inside the exam venue. The National Institute of Design (NID) requires the candidate to bring a printout of the NID admit card 2025. Also, no specific mention has been made regarding colored printouts.So, you can get a Black and white copy of NID DAT admit card.But do ensure that the printout is legible and clean. In case some information is blurred, then the admit card may not be accepted. To ensure that the printout meets exam requirements, carefully go through the instructions given on the admit card.The National Institute of Design will conduct the NID DAT 2025 (Prelims) exam in December 2024.

Aadhaar is one of the valid photo id proofs that candidates can produce as identity proof. But exam officials will also accept other government ids like Driving License, Passport, etc. The list of acceptable ids will be mentioned on the NID DAT 2023 admit card. The security personal at the NID DAT exam center will verify the documents before allowing the candidate entry inside the exam center. Any candidate who fails to produce the admit card and id proof will not be allowed to take the that Mains exam.

The candidate will not be allowed to enter the exam venue without a printout of the NID DAT 2025 admit card; note that digital copies of the admit card will not be accepted.So, on the day of the exam, you will need both: 1) printout of the admit card and 2) original photo ID proof.Note that photocopies or digital copies of the photo ID proof will not be accepted.The admit card will contain exam-day guidelines; carefully go through these guidelines to ensure that your exam-day is smooth and unstressful.

The NID DAT 2025 (Prelims) admit card will be released on December 24, 2024.The admit card will be released in downloadable PDF format. This means, you can download it as many times you want. The only thing is make sure that you download it early, as closer to the exam, you may face issues.For instance, if there is a server issue and you are unable to download the admit card, you won't be able to take the DAT Prelims exam.To download the admit card, log in to the admit card download portal using your email ID and date of birth.
