No there is usually no age limit to pursue Communication Studies courses so you can pursue these courses at any age. Some colleges may have a minimum age limit which you will satisfy if you have completed your previous education at the right age. And some colleges, especially private colleges may have their own eligibility criteria or restrictions for those who want to pursue the course. Make sure that you satisfy other eligibility parameters such as academic qualifications, marks criteria and appearing or passed criteria.

Yes you can pursue BA in Communication Studies course after completing Class 12 in Commerce stream. The course is open for students from all streams such as Science stream, Commerce stream and Arts stream. Though this course is usually pursued by those who have completed Class 12 in Arts stream. But if you are interested in studying BA in Communication Studies and want to pursue a career in this field then you can opt for BA in Communication Studies course.

No, you are not eligible to do BCA course abroad after completion of your 12th standard with Commerce stream from India.
