Gujarat government too enforced domicile rule for admission to different Engineering colleges. It conducts GUJCET for this purpose. However private colleges are allowed to fill up management quota by means ranking in JEE Mains. But the seats are very less. You may still make an attempt at admission. Best wishes to you.

I am a little confused about your statement "which college entrance exam should I fill"? You have already appeared for the JEE Mains exam and scored quite well at 93+ percentile. The only other exam that you should attempt is the one prescribed by your state government. When you register for the counseling with JoSSA, you must give max possible choices. You can get a seat in Presidency University through a quota called CET-management, but not through CET. But, there will be a little fee difference and seats under that quota are limited. So, if you have rounded off Presidency University then apply now.
