Hello dear, DU does not deals with technical courses they have separate university known as Delhi Technical University (DTU) in which they offers CS Engineering and other courses.

Since UG degree is a basic degree, in which most of your fundamental things are being cleared, provided you have taken admission in a good college. If you can do your UG degree in regular mode, I feel it may be more beneficial for you.

LLB is a very good combination with CS, as it opens number of opportunities. You can become a legal advisory in companies who want this type of combination. You can also do MBA after CS.

And For CS foundation, you can give 6 attempts and CS professional 10 attempts are allowed. Then registration for the programme will get expired. So, make sure to clear in 1-3 attempts for placement. All the best for your future.
