Yes, you can study both the course together, because both are not academic course. B.Com from finance is academic one and CS is a professional course. So, you can pursue both the degree together.

Mumbai University offers distance learning programmes. B.Sc Computer Science is also offered. But, as per me, if you go to pursue it now, you will have to complete the first two years too again in correspondence.
Also, try to enquire at IGNOU. They might have some provisions which might help you.
All the best.

Dear Anjali,
If you are able to complete B.Com LLB with CS, then you have both the options open. Either to go for a regular job or even you can start your own consultancy firm. People actually need good consultants to guide for their projects and who can handle all the legal formalities. Go ahead, if you are interested. All the best.

Best classes for any professional course is self study as I personally believe but for you betterment there is JK shah, AT academy, Prime Vision, Mahesh Tutorial other private classes and etc. Even though they are not near to your desired location but are the best.

CS is a professional course and it does not have a specific college, it is regulated by a single authority known as ICSI and B.Com and can be done from distance or from any normal college, both can be completed simultaneously.
