A B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) professional course typically includes subjects such as accounting, finance, economics, and business management, but it may or may not include a course on Company Secretary (CS). CS is a separate professional course offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). To become a CS, one must pass the CS Foundation Programme, Executive Programme, and Professional Programme exam conducted by the ICSI. After passing these exams, a candidate must also complete a certain amount of practical training before being eligible for the membership of ICSI.
