Hi Deepali,
See, both the fields you are comparing have different positions in the market. CS with LL.B. Is a more common profession which you can see as when you apply for corporate world you will given priority over others, whereas, CS with MBA is moreover a marketing or management job. You will have very good hold over thing and as a CS you would be able to hold the management efficiently. So it's completely your choice in which field you want pursue your career.
Thank you.

Hi Pejush,
Company Secretary CS is one of the principal officers of the company. They keep the company's records; complete the company's tax returns, advise the Board of Directors of their legal obligations to ensure that companies comply with statutory legislation. Having your own firm will not help you much in this field. Rest, you can click this link to know more about the career:

Hi,
Nobody can tell you what exactly is the passing percentage for any professional course, as the same vary from attempt to attempt. For CS last attempt it was around 7% for executive level and 8.5% for professional level. These results average out of all modules considered singly. For all modules together, the result goes down to 2% for executive and 3% for professional.

Hi,
Graduation of any sort is not compulsory for pursing company secretary course. It can be started easily after you complete your 12th. However, some job requires you to have a graduation degree as well and therefore it is suggested that you complete graduation too.

Hi,
The company secretary course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. It is a pan India organisation which has chapter offices all around the country. You need to register yourself with the Institute and you can go ahead with the CS course. It is also worth noting that CS is not conducted by any university or colleges. The best place to study might be chosen for any coaching which you undertake.

Yes, why not? Maximum students who can't study computer as the main subject in class 12th take admissions in BE/B.Tech, B.Sc and BCA, not only in CSE, but in every branch, it is not necessary that you learn that subject in your 10+2.
Best wishes.

Uttarakhand Technical University is not having good reviews and also it was good at the beginning but now it's not good. So it's better to go to some other college in Dehradun. Good luck.
