Hello Kalyan,
B.Tech in lateral entry is a process in which students who have studied Diploma after 10th or 12th and wish to study further can get admission in B.Tech college directly into the 2nd year because they had studied enough in their Diploma so that they didn't need 1st-year study.
But if you are a B.Sc graduate then you can't go for B.Tech lateral entry.

Company Secretary, as both an independent professional and an employee, is a professionally and financially rewarding career. The CS course is through correspondence and can be completed in three and a half years, and the registration is valid for 5-years. Students who have passed +2 in any stream, except fine arts, can register and appear for the foundation-level examination after nine months. The second level is executive level, after which employment can be sought in any company. The final or professional level has five elective subjects. Firstly, I would like to tell you why you want to drop because B.Com is not a high degree so with B.Com you can do company secretary and concentrate more on company secretary because a good portion of B.Com depends upon the syllabus of Company Secretary course so my suggestion is that continue your degree course while doing CS.

Hello Sachin,
To be honest, no one else, but you can guide yourself for this.
MBA will give you a diversified set of knowledge including industry exposure relating to business.
M.Com can be a good option,if you want to make a career in accounts specifically.
CS is altogether a different field. If you believe, you are good with laws and everything, go for it.
Basically, you will have to identify your interest area.
This is an important decision.
Think well. Go through the syllabus, and each and every detail of the courses, then take decision.
