MBA may not directly benefits a CS. Ideal additional qualification for CS is LLB. Anyway, if you want to do MBA, HR is the best specialisation for you. If you do MBA from a top B-School average starting salaries can be Rs 12+ Lakhs per annum.

The level of difficulty is more in CA as compared to CS but it is not easy to complete CS. You are going to study more in CA as compared to CS but CA is completely hand written exam and in CS there are some of the subjects which are of MCQ and some are hand written exams.

You can learn English with the help of your friends or you can buy a grammar book. You don't need to learn all the things about it instead you just need to learn the basics to speak.
