Company secretary is good course. You can handle company law matters along with compliance and various other tasks. CS is a key managerial personnel equivalent to board. Hence, it enjoys a good position. You can practice as CS providing consultancy services in company document filing, returns filing, compliance, etc.

You don't need any other degree as you have completed B.Com. However, if you want to pursue any course, then you can opt for LLB with CS.

Dear,
B.Com programme in 1 year duration is not permissible as per UGC guidelines. You have to appear for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year exams to get the B.Com degree from a recognised university.
If any university offers you degree in 1 year, the degree is not valid and you are not applicable for any job or further education in India or abroad.
So, choose the right way to get the Bachelor degree.
