For foundation, you need to pay 4500 for registration fees
And for the exam, you need to pay 1200.

Yes, it solely depends upon you. If you can manage your studies you can study both the course. But as per my POV, you need to focus on one course after a clear one you can go for a second. Otherwise, it will be hectic for you to manage both courses at the same time.

You can do any distance course in management or commerce after graduation.
As for CS, you need to dedicate your time for induction and other things. You should pursue your PG course on a correspondence basis as it will help you in getting proper time for CS preparation.

You can do BBA B.A. Economics Hons. B.Sc. Eco. Hons. As CS didnt restrict it only for B.Com.
You can appear in it through any graduation course.

Yes, you can pursue CS along with your B.Com. You only need to clear your CS foundation examination to get a step ahead for CS executive programme. You can do all this along with your graduation.

No there is no option in CS subjects or modules. You get an exemption if u have appeared in CMA and CA final exams.
