It's yet to know as there isn't a final year batch yet. We will have to wait for a year or two until we know how is the placement of CS Branch in VIT Bhopal.

You won't be able to get a seat at 49000 rank. You will have to search for other options. Generally, the seats get filled by 28-30k rank.

NIT, Trichy is the top NIT when compared to others. So, I suggest you to go with NIT Trichy and even with 1507 rank you can get admission in NIT Trichy if you belong to Tamil Nadu. If you don't get admission in NIT Trichy for CS. I would suggest you confirm VIT for CS. It is one of the best in the market. You will get a good college and a superb campus along with great faculty members. It will help you develop yourself overall!

Check with the college authorities if your admission can wait until your CS classes are over.

The eligibility criteria to appear in the CS Executive June 2019 exam is as follows:
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age. Candidates who are graduates (except in fine arts) or Postgraduates can apply for CS Executive programme. First-year appearing graduates can also appear provisionally.

It is not possible for you to get admission for CSE in any of the NITs. You can only go for other government colleges or private institutes if you want to pursue CSE.
If you want to pursue other branches then you can get admission in any of the NITs.
