Hello Sir,
You should apply for all the well-known colleges of Pune and Mumbai. To be frank, it would be difficult for him to get CS in VIT Pune. Because cut offs of open category go very high. According to my experience, you should also think of VIIT Pune. Placements of both colleges are conducted commonly most of the times. When I was in VIT, my friends from VIIT used to join us in placement drives. So you can think of this college as well.

If you have attempted JEE Mains or any other institute entrance test, you can use the college predictor and get admission based on the eligible colleges.

Else, you have to search for an institute which takes direct admission based on class 12th score and then apply for it.

4. Sports & nutrition
5. Cost accountancy
6. Law
7. Performing Arts
8. Expertise on SAP/Oracle/TALLY ERPs

You will not get top government colleges with this rank in Karnataka, so it's better to stay in VIT Bhopal as VIT is the top private institute in India, education and placement wise, all the campuses are same.
