M.Tech in CS course is not available at IET-Lucknow. Hence, you have to exercise for other colleges. Further most of the colleges are accepting GATE score for their MTech programs. The validity of GATE score is remains for three years from the date of declaration of GATE result. The minimum qualifying cut off is 25 and its varies from college to college.

1) If you are asking about computer Science (CS), then you are eligible for government jobs. You can apply in Civil services, Banking sectors, Defence, Railways and agricultural after the completion of yours graduation (B.Sc).
2. And if you are asking about the Company Secretary (CS), then there are the some private and public sector, those provides the jobs for CS. All companies need CS, even government ones. So, you can be employed by Government Companies (which are usually listed) as a part of their secretarial team. examples are - ONGC, SAIL, MMRDA, etc. Another pathway is through the governing bodies like SEBI, BSE and NSE

Yes, you can apply for CS foundation course. Eligibility for CS Foundation:
Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto can join the CS Foundation Programme. There is no minimum requirement of percentage of marks secured at Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination. Provisional admission, is allowed to candidates at any time after they have appeared or enrolled for appearing in the final of Senior Secondary examination (10+2 pass or equivalent), subject to the condit
