Do BCA or B.Tech with CSE. These are the two best ways to become an engineer. Also, there are other courses like B.Sc. etc. in IT and computers but that will not make you an engineer. You can also pursue diploma or certification courses too.

As other mentor has said, don't force Diploma on yourself, if you cannot continue it. Study class 12th from NIOS from Arts, Agriculture or language etc. That will be easy and also provide a means to pursue higher studies in the chosen field.

Just see this as a graduation course, as engineering graduates are eligible for both technical and non-technical field. So, you can apply for others job too with this.
