Yes, you can pursue CSE after 12th class but necessary condition is that, you have to qualify 12th with minimum 65% aggregate then you are eligible to enter in any technical institute of India.

You can get into state engineering colleges in your state. After graduation you can go for GRE/GMAT. A good score in GRE will get you a chance to study in top institutes of US for MS. A good score in GMAT will give you a chance to get into top institutes for MBA like ISB, Great Lakes, S. P. Jain. MBA/MS will definitely give you a good chance to get into top global MNCs. Of course. It doesn't matter whether you have CS in 10th or 12th, what matters is your interest and the efforts you make in pursuing your career as a CSE student. But to get CSE branch, you will have to score really good in engineering entrance exam.
