To enter the software industry, there is no hard and fast rule that you should have done PCM in class 12th. No, nothing like that. The only thing which you should have is your interest in learning new things. You need to be logically good. You should adapt yourselves to the changing technology quickly. Learn any object-oriented programming language. Understand the basics because that's going to be the base for any technology. Knowing a programming language will help you to become a developer. For becoming a software engineer you should complete your degree or Diploma or with equivalent course in computer science or information science. But for ethical hacking there is separate course for it you can do online or offline course as suitable. Following is the link for some ethical hacking certified colleges in India:

MCA course is more better than M.Sc. Computers to become a software engineer because both are good but MCA is a professional course and you have to in a corporate world. So, I prefer MCA.
