Sure, you can. I am an aerospace engineer by education who has very strong software development skills and develops algorithms for my current job at Raytheon. For my particular role in my particular missile programme, I develop software for simulations, control algorithms for the missile, data analysis software, and various other tools that can help with all of this stuff such as scripts to generate documentation or automate chains of tasks. Hi Manjinder,
Ideal option has to be PCM with CS in 11th and 12th. You must be academically strong and good in maths. There are many options you can choose from in Canada like B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Software Engineering, B.Sc. IT etc. Which particular course you choose will depend on your exact interest. You have to check college websites and read the programme syllabus and see which course interests you more.
