Changing an engineering college within India/ state /University in itself is next to impossible. You are asking about change of country! As per my understanding and information, this is unfortunately not feasible.

You should always prefer to start your career with a brand, i.e. TCS, Infosys, IBM, Samsung, etc. Starting with a brand always gives you the needed initial push, work in the same for at least 1-year, preferably 2-years and then switch to a small company because your learning with more in a small company plus they will give you a good package.
