Hari, it is not the subject that will get you a job in ISRO but your hard work. To become a computer engineer go for B.Tech CSE.
The most important thing is the university/ college that you choose for your degree. These days we have many good government as well as private universities like IITs, IITTs, NITs, LPU, SRM, etc offering admissions in B.Tech CSE. Some of them offer admission just on the basis of tests like JEE and some offer you direct admission too on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam and some offer admission on the basis of their own tests. Its' really hard as you haven't taken IT nor maths as your subject. So the only way to become a software developer is to study on your own and search institutes who'll help you out in this. Trust me, if you choose to do this it's going to be really hard for you. So, in my opinion you should look out for any profession.

Yes, definitely you can pursue the course with biology in 10+2 provided that you are also having physics and maths as your subjects. The fact is that biology has no role to play in software engineering, so it is better to take computer science subject in 10+2. And maybe in some colleges, they prefer students with computer science for the course.
Thank you and best of luck.

Yes, but you'll have to work hard on your skills. You'll have to learn computer languages like C, C+, JAVA ,HTML. Most of these are taught under college's syllabus and you just have to study them thoroughly.
