There are two ways to become computer science engineer after class 12th:
1. Appear in IIT or JEE and enroll in B.Tech with computer science.
2. Do BCA then MCA from a recognized universities.
Now, if you want to be a software engineer, then you have learn almost programming languages and Master in one language that corporates uses like asp.net, php, ruby, python etc.

The eligibility for seeking admission in B.Tech in CSE is 10+2 with science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Maths in 10+2. You can become Junior Computer Engineer by doing Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering after 10th from a Polytechnic.
