There are two ways to become computer science engineer after class 12th:
1. Appear in IIT or JEE and enroll in B.Tech with computer science.
2. Do BCA then MCA from a recognized universities.
Now, if you want to be a software engineer, then you have learn almost programming languages and Master in one language that corporates uses like asp.net, php, ruby, python etc.

How are you?
The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.

You are eligible to become a computer engineer by undergoing B.Tech in CSE. The eligibility for seeking admission in B.Tech in CSE is 10+2 with science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Maths in 10+2. You can become Junior Computer Engineer by doing Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering after 10th from a Polytechnic.
