If you want to be a software engineer than you have to either pursue engineering i e BE or btech .else you can go fo BCA+MCA. But i would recommend you to think about your pros and cons. Take time and choose the right path is it engineering or BCA+MCA.

While software engineer is a secured option, photography needs lot of skills to get established and you need to have some unique style of yours to get noticed in the market. Get some psychometric assessment done to know what matches best with your personality and abilities.
