The two careers are not really comparable. They are very different in every aspect. Please think about your interest in choosing these. One of the factors can be the years of study you have to invest. Medical requires you to study for greater no of years than engineering. But both have good opportunities in their fields.

hello dear, To be a btech computer engineer, u need to have science background in hsc level and need to clear engineering entrance. But u can be a diploma computer engineer initially as diploma can be pursued after matric level. Then pursuing diploma u can move up to b.e/btech level. Hope u do well. Thank you.

Computer engineering doesn't only include the computers but also various subjects that are directly or indirectly related to computers. It has a better scope and a vast syllabus that will help you to learn it more briefly. I would suggest you to choose engineering.

Of course you are eligible for a job but it's hard to say how much money you can earn because salary depends upon many factors i.e. Job Profile, Location, Category of company, Academic percentage, Experience etc.
Since you are a fresher, I presume you first salary would come in between 15K-25K.
