Hey, your answer is there according to me your grade are not bad according to me it's good take addmission in B.Tech in both streams but as you say your maths is  weak if you can Focus on you maths or revises you maths syllabus of 12 and then you take admission in B.Tech and join regular class maintain your notes and learning the maths of you stream from starting then it's to you but if you maths is weak, Then don't pursue B.Tech because you need to strong you maths.

Yes you will get CSE at Vellore campus in phase 2 but in category 2 not in one which means you will be paying 3.07 lac. Moreover you will be the first one to attend the phase 2 counseling. A few things you must keep in mind that CSE category 2 will be gone within half an hour of the phase 2 counseling so be there on time or may be before the time. I can guarantee you if you go for phase 2, you will be the first person getting category 2 in phase 2.

The fee structure and administrative details will be made available to the student on the day of counselling. So you will have to wait for official notification on that.
During my studies,
Course duration- 4 years
Fees per year- Rs. 40,000. (through counselling) 40*4 = 160000
Management Fees : 70,000 per year (limited seats only).contact them for seats and all.
