You may try for it. There might be chance that you get CSE in LNMIIT, but you can also apply for CCE, which also has good placement record and it also contain more than half of the CSE Syllabus.

Hi, If you want to take admission in EIC branch, then you should pay the fees. Otherwise, you can go for next round. In next round, you will be prompted to the next best branch, if seats are available. Best of luck.

But, the chances for getting seat are difficult because there is a heavy competition.
Any how, just apply for it and attend the counselling. It's your luck if you get a seat.

By this rank, getting a government college in for B.Tech is quite difficult. So, it's better for you to try for private colleges that is B grade private colleges.
