Yes, you can get admission in Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology for B.E in Computer Engineering college at this score and rank but for that you have to wait till the last round of the counselling.

You will get admission through CET for this college. In 2016 the cutoff was around 124 for Comps. Subsequently the cutoff has dropped. The facilities here are really good. Infrastructure is top class. The placement for Comps are around 90%.

Eligibility for B.Tech Programs (Duration: 4 years):
(a) Nationality and Age
Resident Indian or Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holder of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India are eligible to apply for SRMJEEE (UG).
Note: NRIs, holders of PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India who have not taken the SRMJEEE (UG) must apply under international student category only. Should have attained the age of 16+ on 31st July of the calendar year in which class 12th board examination is to be held (source).
(b) Qualifying Examination
All B.Tech programmes:
For Kattankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses: Minimum 60 % aggregate in PCM

Hello Manoj, there is no answer to your query, at least directly since it's for the first time that percentile will be used by NTA for declaring results. However, if you apply one trick, then solution is available. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on the percentile. Yes, you can get admission in CSE in Thapar University. The minimum eligibility criteria is candidate need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject or Minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST candidates) marks in a Diploma recognised by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3-year duration.
