From this year onwards, National Testing Agency has decided to utilise universally accepted method of percentile in determining performance of students and give then ranking in JEE Mains. Raw marks hence have no role to play. I am sure you will shortly hear from NTA informing you about your percentile. I am assuming you to be of general category. As for the first time percentile system is applied so I cannot tell you a fixed score but yes 96+%ile can work here. Last year's cut-off was around 4500 rank. For more details, click on the link below:
