Any individual who has cleared his 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognised board or institution like CBSE or state board or NIOS is eligible to opt for B.Tech. Computer Science course. Normally, an entrance test is required to secure a seat in engineering colleges of repute. Regards.

Congratulations for your board score. But I think, you may not get VIT in very first attempt. You will have to wait for 2nd or 3rd round. Then you may get CSE or IT in VIT.

May I know your caste details and all. Actually the rank was very good which having a good chance of getting a seat in here but when coming to caste if there are members who are more prior category with high rank and low ranks the seat will be allotted to them. But don't worry you will be having a good chance.
