Yes, you can do B.Tech in computer science and engineering from any recognized university or college. For that, you will have to appear in an entrance exam conducted by the university itself or some state university exam. Moreover, you can also take admission through management quota.

To study MS in USA, you must take the GRE and also TOEFL. Academically, you must be very good and you must have extra-curriculars too on your profile.
