The eligibility criteria for admission to NIT Karnataka for the year 2021 is based on the JEE Main score. The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and should have secured a minimum of 75% marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) or be in the top 20 percentile in their respective boards.
The admission process for NIT Karnataka is conducted through JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. The counselling process is based on the JEE Main score and rank. The registration process for JoSAA counselling usually starts in June every year.

As per the analysis of previous years cut-off data, you have very less chances for CSE in KTR campus but you have good chances of getting CSE branch in SRM Chennai (Vadapalani and Ramapuram) campus. In the previous year, the most popular branch was CSE and cutoff rank was Rank 10,000 for Chennai Campus. I hope this helps!
