No, this isn't possible. If you see the eligibility criteria for MS in Data Science course one must have Bachelors in computer Science and must have studied core subjects like Operating System, Data Structures and Algorithm, Computer Networks, DBMS, etc. Which in your case isn't getting fulfilled.

Most of the programs abroad are considered as MS and based on your interested specifications, you can do your MS.

Studying abroad cannot be compared to study in India. There are many specialised courses available abroad. Australia and Canada have good stay back options after study. However, Australia is more costly than Canada. Based on your finance, you can decide.

Dear Manish,
You can do so if you have above 65% in you 12th with science and mathematics, helps if you had a computer science subject but not compulsory and an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6.
The fee structure is semester wise, however you will need to show one year's fees and 2 years living costs which will be roughly around 65,000/- to 70,000/- AUD in your or your parents bank accounts for 6 months balance before applying for the visa. The fee on an average will be 25 to 35 thousand AUD per year depending on the university.

If you are not keen interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.

Engineering Graduation in USA and Australia will cost you almost similar money. There may be minor differences only. It is suggested that you may prefer USA over Australia as USA universityies have better ranking on CSE .
