Presidency University is a better choice among the two because Nagarjuna College is affiliated to VTU. The syllabus of VTU is dated and doesn't teach you anything new which also has a lack of practical knowledge just like its theory syllabus. Also, the college is small and the amenities are not up to the mark. Whereas, Presidency University has a huge 65-acre campus with 13 labs, 5 computer labs, 1 two storey food court, 1 cafeteria, 1 two storey library and indoor and outdoor games facilities. RVIM, BMS are the best for CSE in Bangalore. The reputation and Placement each year in these campus is very appreciable. The salary package will go above 5 LPA usually.

I think it's difficult for you to get MNNIT CSE if you belong to general category. According to me, both are good, but in MNNIT, you can opt for IT and after 1st year if your CPI is good (above 8.5) then you can change your branch to CSE.
