Most universities give you the option to apply directly on their websites. Be sure to read the requirements carefully when applying to American universities. Some will require standardised tests (e. g. GRE GMAT MCAT, ISAT), and others will ask for different documents (writing samples, portfolio, list of patents) as part of the application process. Yes, you are eligible but you have to go through a process which is required to get admission in Germany.

Hello HP Patel,
According to a study, US is the country to go for doing MS in CSE. Of course, European countries also have reputed universities. However, every country has it's own peculiarities. I would therefore like to advise you that please approach an agency sending students for MS abroad. They would advise you correctly besides taking care of these small issues so that you do get admission somewhere. Best wishes to you.

You can apply in German universities in February and July. You can apply in LMU or TMU in Germany.

Yes, it's perfectly possible to pursue MS in Germany. Fees there are very reasonable. But selection process is obviously tough. Without wasting any time start on the process.

Hi Darshan, to study in Germany you must complete 13 years education. After your 12th clear your IIT JEE Advanced to be eligible or you can complete the first year of a Bachelor degree. Overally you must be a very highly academic student, around 80% and above is recommended. You must also learn German language, take the IELTS or the TOEFL. Visit the DAAD website and attend their workshops, webinars etc to study in Germany.

Fee for MS in CSE in German Universities is very nominal. Living expenses of students varies between Euro 700 to 1000 per month depending on university location. Most of engineers are able to earn sufficient money for their living expenses by working 4 hours per day on student visa.
