What should I prefer: IT in Kalyani or CSE in HIT? Provided I'm getting both.

Kalyani University is a government college. And, Heritage Institute of Technology is a private College. Placement scenario in heritage is about INR 3.3 lakhs per annum for CSE. I think, campus life in heritage is awesome. I think, you should choose heritage in CSE.
