Bennett University offers BTech in various specialisations, such as CSE, ECE, Biotech, etc. The university has released the overall placement data for BTech courses. As per the latest report, the the highest and average package offered to the BTech batch 2023 stood at INR 137 LPA and INR 7.99 LPA, respectively. Over 232 recruiters visited the university for BTech placements in 2023. According to the latest reviews provided by the BTech CSE students of Bennett University on Shiksha.com, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, etc. are the major companies that visit the campus for placements. A student commented that the average placement percentage for BTech CSE students in 2023 was 70-80%.

As per the latest report, IIIT Sonepat recorded 81.63% of the CSE branch students were placed in 2023 placement drive at IIIT Sonepat.
