The job scope after doing Diploma and engineering in CSE is same as others. You have to be good at the fundamentals and the basics or else getting a job is not possible. You could do certain certified courses along with your engineering like cloud computing or data Science or SEO (search engine optimization) which is becoming popular now. Also, if possible try to improve your vocabulary skills in English as that has become a must. Spoken English classes are easily available now a days.
