Dear aspirant
Majority of companies won't even care about marks in 12th. Marks you score in 12th will just be a number to make you eligible for appearing for companies during placements. Some of the companies which make it a criteria usually keep it up to 60% or some don't even make it a criteria. Hope it helps.

Vit Andhra Pradesh provides the best opportunities for students. Here are some, the students are presented with offers with a Cost of Company (CTC) of 10 Lacs and above per annum. Last year, about 140 companies offered 1021 super dream placements offers. Among them, Microsoft has offered the highest CTC of 63lpa per annum.

As I have no idea about other engineering colleges so I cant comment on that further If you are looking for the best university in India which can provide you with Good placements with good facilities then I would like to recommend you Chandigarh University.
Chandigarh University is a NAAC-A+ university known for its placements and facilities.
Every year top companies visit cu and recruit students with the best packages. I would like to mention here that the highest package offered is 52.11 LPA.
