Up-to what I know, there is no cut-off in SRM-Amaravati, students are given groups based on the availability of seat. If you need CSE then you need to attend the college fast and book your seat. But counselling of SRM has been completed in June itself.

Your JEE Mains marks are too low. You cannot get CSE in C.V. Raman. You must have atleast 120 marks to get CSE.
