If you wish to opt for the PhD in CSE course, you should have a master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 55 to 60% marks. Further, you must appear for and clear relevant PhD in CSE entrance exams conducted at the national/state/university levels every year for admission to PhD courses in various specializations including Computer Science Engg. A PhD in CSE is usually a three-year, full-time programme but may take up to six years to complete. The course curriculum includes a detailed research proposal, progress reports, and a final thesis submission at the end of the course duration.
