Yes, you can get a seat in Gudalavalluru Engineering College in ECE electronics and communication engineering B.Tech with 50082 rank. It even depends on your caste and your residency. If you are on it will be very difficult if news or bc you have chances. If you are sc or st you can get it. The previous cutoff or last rank for Gudalavalluru Engineering ECE is 53655 in round 1.

51 percentile is a little low, so I don't think you will get into any college through counseling but you can always go for management seats in this college and take some extra amount in the name of donation to give you an engineering seat.
