Yes, it's possible to get admission to a government college for the CSE branch with an EWS rank of 1434 in WBJEE: A score of more than 120 is considered a good score in WBJEE. A rank between 25,000 to 50,000 is considered a good score for WBJEE.

No, although a significant amount of syllabus of B.Tech CSE contains Maths, majority of it does not consist of Maths. B.Tech CSE syllabus cover mathematical modules like algebra, calculus and statistics to form a foundation for other concepts in learning of the main course.

Computer Science engineering is considered to be a challenging course; however, with dedication and hard work, one can easily make through it. The academic coursework of CSE is quite lengthy and contains a mix of both theory and lab applications. Students in CSE get to learn programming languages (C, C+, Java, Python, JavaScript, and often SQL), various algorithms, data structures, operating systems, etc. Additionally, with certain specialisations, students can also get to learn some specialised subjects such a AI, Data Science, Computer Graphics and Machine Learning.
