Yes, it is possible to take admission in B.Tech CSE course but only it private colleges. Some Tier 3 colleges offer B.Tech without maths. As a B.Tech student, I personally won't encourage you to pursue B.Tech since the first two years are completely filled with concepts regarding maths.

The university offers many free electives in its BTech CSE programme. A minimum of 9 credit has to be taken in these courses.
