Generally Diploma 2nd year (Lateral) admission are based on 12th marks or ITI trade certificate. So if you have completed your 12th or ITI course in concerned trade then can be eligible for lateral admission in 3 years engineering Diploma courses.

TU Kaiserslautern and the University of Stuttgart are among the popular choices to study MS in Computer Science in Germany. If we compare them in term of computer Science tuition fees, then TU Kaiserslautern is better than the University of Stuttgart in Computer Science. The TU Kaiserslautern fees in INR 0 where the University of Stuttgart fees for MS in CS is around INR 3 L for first-year.

For getting admission to Delhi Technical University for a Computer Science course without JEE I don't think there is any way. I also cleared JEE with 99.2 percentile and applied for DTU or many of my friends studied CSE in DTU with their JEE Mains rank so, I don't think without a good JEE rank you get admission to DTU CSE branch.

As per NIT Patna cutoff 2024, the Last Round closing rank for Integrated M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) has decreased compared to the previous year. The Last Round closing rank for General AI category students for Integrated M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) was 19527, while for the General Home State category students, the Last Round closing rank was 23853. For BTech CSE, the cutoff was 16697 which decreased to 18206 in 2024.
